On June 6 and June 12 mini-workshops were held at Farmers Market in Sorø, Denmark and at Gaarden – House of Culinary Heritage, Bornholm, Denmark (Gaarden – Bornholms Madkulturhus).

The purpose of the mini-workshops was to disseminate the lessons learned from the RegFood project, to the primary project’s target group, i.e. local food producers and customers.
